Description
The holiday season is full of opportunities to connect with colleagues, friends and family both near and far. Listening can ignite, enhance, or even repair those connections, but how do we know if we are doing it well? In this continuous learning session, you’ll have the chance to consider the ways in which you have listened to others in the past. You’ll also learn about (or be reminded of) the five reflective listening skills and how to implement them in your daily life. You’ll leave the session with a clear idea of how to show those most important to you that you care about them and your relationship.
The Zoom link will be in your registration confirmation email. Please plan to log on 10 minutes prior to the training to troubleshoot technical difficulties, if any. This is an interactive webinar, please be prepare to have your camera on and microphone in working order.
