Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to the training to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made between now and seven (7) days prior to the event will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, that will be reflected in the refunded amount.

Cancellations received less than seven (7) business days prior to the event will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
