Jessica Topp, a native of Northern Michigan, is a dedicated professional committed to enhancing community prosperity. With an MBA from Northwood University and CBSP designation, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Director at Michigan Works! Northeast Consortium.

Starting as a Business Solutions Professional, Jessica's expertise in aligning employer needs with workforce solutions led to her role as Planning & Program Manager, where she managed various programs and a talented team. From there, she moved into the Director role where she continues to use her strategic vision and operational skills to enhance the mission of the organization, fostering economic and workforce development growth in the region.

Jessica actively participates in various boards and regional groups dedicated to advancing workforce development and community prosperity in Northern Michigan.
