Having worked in Human Resources for the past 20 years, Jacquelyn Murray is a huge advocate for those in the workforce. Living by the mantra that each person holds value and it’s up to leaders to show that, she leads her team by bringing strategies and new ideas into the workforce that center on that focus.

 Jacquelyn is the Director of Human Resources at Marshall Excelsior. She is highly involved in the operations in Marshall, Tampa, Houston and other international locations. She sits on several committees that focus on workforce development: Employer Resource Network, Marshall Area Economic Development Association, Michigan Works! Southwest Monitoring Committee, and Michigan Works! Southwest Executive Board.

Jacquelyn’s passion for people’s success started with her family. She is the mother of 7 adult children and grandmother of 3. After taking a hiatus from the external workforce to focus on her children, she re-entered the workforce in 2002. It was in 2019 that she graduated with honors from Cornerstone University where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management.
