Part 3: LGBTQIA+ in the Workplace

This comprehensive training session is designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the LGBTQ+ community, specifically with terminology, issues, and expectations, as well as practical strategies for fostering inclusivity and support. Through a combination of interactive exercises, discussions, and information presentations, participants will explore 6 key objects:
Getting comfortable with LGBTQ+ language
Understanding LGBTQ+ related hate crimes & their relevance in our work
Allyship Introduction
Understanding Pronouns & Their Importance
Actionability Items on How to Work within the Community

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to the training to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than seven (7) business days prior to the training will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
