Description
This virtual educational workshop will:
Educate participants about anxiety and the different types of anxiety.
Will also include awareness of the impact stress has on one’s body.
Differentiate between stress and anxiety.
Educate on ways to identify anxiety in oneself and in others.
Provide participants with techniques and mental health “hacks” to be used to address anxiety and other strong feelings “in the moment.”
Discuss ways that thinking impacts anxiety. How to change the brain to change the response to fearful thoughts.
Presenter
This session will be facilitated by Marianne Huff, LMSW, President and CEO of MHAM. Ms. Huff is a fully licensed mental health professional with a clinical designation in the state of Michigan.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to the training to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than seven (7) business days prior to the training will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
