Join us for a comprehensive workshop designed to enhance workplace safety and security. In this session, we'll combine Active Assailant Preparedness with Situational Awareness, Personal Conflict Assessment & De-Escalation Techniques. Gain insights into recognizing indicators of potential violence and learn how to react effectively to minimize devastation. Explore the Run Hide Fight protocol and understand how the human brain responds in crisis situations.

Tailored to customer service roles, the program equips participants with practical skills to assess environments, de-escalate conflicts, and safely navigate dangerous situations. Whether in-office or in the field, this workshop empowers employees with the tools needed to handle confrontations professionally and securely.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to the training to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than seven (7) business days prior to the training will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
