2 CFR 200 Changes - What You Need to Know

2024 Uniform Guidance Updates:

This module will discuss both prior and the recently proposed changes to the Uniform Guidance that will become effective this Spring (date: TBD). A discussion of what updates and changes will impact key grant responsibilities and processes that affect your organization. Topics include the increases in dollar thresholds, new definitions and wording changes, reporting deadlines, and the expanded rate and usage of the De Minimis rate.

Meet Your Trainer

Thomas C. DiLisio recently retired after a 30+ career as a Senior System Accountant in the Division of Finance, Management & Administrative Services (DFMAS) in the US Department of Labor - Employment Training Administration Region VI office located in San Francisco. Mr. DiLisio also was the Regional Grant Officer and Financial Manager for ETA Region V. Prior to working for the Federal government, Mr. DiLisio was a Senior Auditor with both the Michigan Unemployment Insurance agency and the Michigan Office of the Auditor General. Mr. DiLisio has also led several ETA national and regional initiatives, including workforce assignments in both Bosnia e Herzegovina and Macedonia during his 30+ plus years at ETA. Mr. DiLisio is a Certified Government Financial Manager, is a member of the Association of Government Accountants and Associate Fraud Examiners and holds accreditation in the Investigation and Prevention of Commercial Fraud.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days prior to the training to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than seven (7) business days prior to the training will be invoiced, and payments will not be refunded. No shows will be billed. Substitutions are welcomed.
