Member representation maestro and advocate extraordinaire. From planning conferences to managing training calendars, she's the multitasking maven.

With a Criminal Justice degree from Grand Valley State University, Kim brings expertise and enthusiasm to the table. Beyond the 9-to-5, she's a kindness ambassador, a laughter advocate, and a wannabe TikTok trendsetter. In her downtime, catch Kim hanging out with her two kids, indulging in a good read, or sharing snacks with her backyard crew—chickens and the one and only Stephen, the tortoise.
