 Justin Al-Igoe

Executive Director, Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board

Justin Al-Igoe is the Executive Director of the Macomb/St. Clair Workforce Development Board. He has been employed in various Workforce Development occupations since 2008. Prior to that, he worked for several years on Community Action programs in Washtenaw County. Al-Igoe began as a career navigator and case manager with Washtenaw County Michigan Works! before serving as the Assistant Director at Livingston County Michigan Works! He joined the newly created Michigan Works! Southeast in 2016 and served as the Policy and Operations Manager. Al-Igoe holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is also an Officer in the United States Navy Reserve and has received commendations for his service during deployments to the Middle East and Africa. Al-Igoe serves on the Macomb Community Action Advisory Board, the Offender Success Steering Committee and the Macomb County Human Services Collaborative Body. Originally from Hawaii, he has lived in southeast Michigan most of his life. He and his wife, Rana, married in 2003 and have two daughters, Jasmine and Jenna.
