This important training addresses a key component of workforce development professionals’ skill set - business writing. From administrators to frontline staff, confidence and competence must be demonstrated in all written communications.

Whether acquiring new skills or standards, this training is a foundation in every professional development plan. Through a series of discussions and activities, attendees will learn to plan, write and edit documents to improve
communication, productivity and the professional branding of their organization.

Attendees will improve the impact of their internal communications, streamline productivity and create external communications that convey information accurately and professionally.

Joyce Katona is the manager of program delivery at Learning Designs Inc. (LDI), a full-service training and consulting company. She has more than 10 years experience in training and development.

Katona obtained a graduate degree in adult instruction and performance technology and excels in instructional systems design and adult learning theories and practice.

Cancellations received less than three business days prior to the workshop will be invoiced, and any payments received will not be refunded. Substitutions are welcome.
