1. The RFQ for the Users’ Forum indicates that “Individuals will make their own reservations and pay for their own room charges and incidentals if needed; the Association does not require a block for this meeting.” Based on past events how many attendees typically stay overnight at the meeting location?
100-200 attendees typically stay overnight at the meeting location for the Users’ Forum.
2. Can you please tell me what type of Set-up you are requesting for the Main Hall for the estimated 120-150 participants?

3. What is the requested Set-up for the 4 Breakout Rooms?

4. Is your event flexible to have overflow hotel rooms at a different location?
Michigan Works! Association will look at the capacity as a determination but will take your bid into consideration
5. Are you looking for only Exhibit “A” to be returned to you?
The bid is determined through the completion of the Exhibit A which covers all of the evaluation process. If your organization submits a bid, we assume you can hold the number requested
