1. We would like to confirm that we may deliver our response either electronically or in a hard copy format. Proposals may be submitted in electronic or hard copy format.
2. Can you please share: The estimated number of annual trainings required? If possible, broken down by delivery method? Attendance/utilization figures? The number of potential trainings varies from year to year based on training requests and polices.
3. Has Michigan Works! identified any workforce development areas or competencies for which it is seeking training services? No specific training topics are listed.
4. Should we submit a separate proposal for each training workshop or include multiple workshops in a single proposal? Multiple workshops may be submitted for this RFP.
5. The section “Project Description: Services to be provided by Consultant” does not list a page limit for the section. Is there a page limit for this section or is it included in the Statement of Work 5 page limit? There is no limit on the number of pages required to reflect proposer’s project description.
6. Can I list Michigan Works! as a reference since I have provided several workshops for your organization over the past few years? You may note you have previous workshop evaluations on file with the Association, but for purposes of this RFP, three separate additional references are required.
